Our insurance said they are not gonna pay out because of lack of evidence and because the house we rented the lock from the sliding door was already damaged when we moved in there. There is a gate on the stoop that had a lock on that they broke open to get onto the stoop and then opend the sliding door.

Now how do they expect us to give them a slip or photo of something thats 2/6 years old exc the microwave or tv?????

They stole the savr that had things in that I got from my father inlaw when he passed away that was not in a will, the slip from the tv and the watches was also in there, how must I list clothing or give prove of things like that???? They took more than a month to stretch this out to get to this answer!!!!! Can someone please help with this!!! T.I.A
