Holard Legal a no no

I Taken out a policy with hollard legal in 2014 everything been said soundes like it is the right policy when you are in need of legal help. In 2015 i was unfairly dismissed and was happy that i taken out an insurance but from the beginning there was problems. I went to arbitration whereby the arbitration was postponed my laywer that was allocated to me by hollard and europe assist was there for 5minutes and said if i got a problem i must phone her so she left i was on my own on 10 September 2015 we had a the arbitration hearing wherby i was not even presented by a laywer when i asked the laywer at singhn attorneys why i was not represented by her in the hearing she told e that hollard is not paying for her to go to arbitratiomthis is now the company that prommissed they will help you when you need them i then went to another attorney whereby he said i havent got a case then europe assist sended me to another attorney for a 3rd opinion this attonrney said i had a case but she cannot take on the case as she got to much work so i wphoned europe assist whereby said to them that they must send me to a propper labour laywer I was informed by yaseera khan that they only got one labour laywer on there panel and i was already there so she will send me to lehong attorneys . i went to him he taken over the case in september 2017 i went to go and sign a founding affidavid at his offices and said he have to send the affidavid to the company it will take 2 weeks i phoned him every week whereby i was informed that the case has been sended to the labour court and they are backed logged or on strike . In March 2018 i sended a mail to yaseera khan about my frastration whereby she said it is unacceptable to wait that long so i did not get aby response back and sended another mail wherby she informed me that he is not at wrong and it take 12months to get a date in june2018 i went to the labour court myself and was told that the finding affidavid was only sended to the labour court in march 2018 i was upset and spoke to the laywer whereby i was told that i must not make thing diffucult for him as he is going through a lot he assured me that i dint have to worry i then got a date from labour court 28 August 2018 i only found out that this attorney went to open his own law firm and taken my file with him to his new law firm without me permission i went to see him a week before mycase in labour court i was informed that the company is going to oppose. i was once again upset with this attorney My court case was teusday morning monday night i got a whatts up from him saying he cannot make it the next morning and sende me a number to phone an attorney i never met in my life i phoned him the next morning whereby he said to me if i am in the area i must just go and tell the judge that he must pospone the case ui told him i never did it in my life so he said hr will take a taxi he will come when he arrived he arrived in wrong closing for court appearance and said he was sorry for wearing wrong closing. i imidiatly inormed europe assist nd did not get any reponse back imidiatly and had to ask again what is happening know 2 weeks after the court date now i got a mai back from yaseer khan that they now awaiting from the ne w laywer to sau if i got a case or not. Anybody who thinks of getting a policy with hollard must think twice as what they promise and what they do is three different things.
