HIDDEN COSTS

Please be aware that when you apply for a new vehichle an added amount of R114.00 is adding to your account, for dents and scratches through Hollard. My car is financed through Absa and the amount is one set amount with your car installment. I have been paying this for 3 Years and only realised I had it when they messed up my debit order. When I did investigation I had found out that I have been paying this dent and scratch policy ever since I took out my car. No one had informed me about this policy and its a shame. I have asked Absa and hollard to cancel this policy 3 months ago, however this amount is still coming off my account. To date they have taken R4 104.00 from me with out my knowledge. Please be aware as this is happening to everyone. All these hidden costs. PLEASE CANCEL MY POLICY AND REHEMBERSE ME ASAP. YOU HAVE TAKEN MORE THEN ENOUGH FROM ME
