Has the Claims Department gone on holiday?

Last year my car was involved in a minor accident, and as it was the other drivers fault the claims went through to his insurance, which is Hollard Insurance. Even though they took a while to contact me, the process of finding out how many quotes etc was quite smooth. Once I had sent through all the information, I have heard nothing from the consultant I was dealing with or the recoveries department. I have sent numerous emails and the only response I have gotten is the consultant forwarding my own email back to me... It really makes me wonder if this is how you treat all your clients or just the third party clients? One email to let me know the progress would of been great but instead it has been over a month and nothing.

I am at my wits end with Hollard Recoveries, apparently no one received my last email on the 13th of February and how did I find this out only by having to phone 2 days in a row because only the consultant on your case can assist. Firstly what if that person was off for a month, do all of us claiming have to wait a month?? Secondly can the consultant not follow up with you and check as to why they have not received your forms. Needless to say the Manager was not there and apparently this is the only Manager in the whole of the recoveries department. Seriously another consultant needs to be put on my case asap!
