Hail Storm Disaster and NO support from Hollard

We experienced a MASSIVE Hail storm(Kindly google Hail Storm Krugersdorp and view pictures of the damages caused.)Every single room in my house was leaking, one of them flooded.Two contractors came to view the damage to the inside of the house and the carpets.The contractor that was appointed to view the damage inside the house informed us that he does not do roofs, but checked our roof anyway. He informed us that our roof was in a good condition and the damage was caused by they weight of the hail that caused the water proofing to fail.He also informed us that our sky light was damaged by the hail, which he cannot fix.I contacted the insurance to inform them that they need to send a different contractor to view the damage to the water proofing and the sky light.That was on 12/01/16, no one has contacted me until now.Today I called to find out what is happening with the claim and the additional contractors and was informed that the claim was rejected because it is a maintenance issue. (my roof was sealed and new gutters installed 2 yrs ago).No one bothered to inform me. My home has suffered heavy damages due to the storm, and now it is my problem!!!! DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE CLOWNS
