Great Service

I would like to thank Tryphina and Thando who gave me the best service yesterday when I was stuck on the free way and needed my tyre to be changed. I phoned to get assistance and I spoke to Tryphina who explained to me what was going to happen and that the someone is coming to assist. After speaking to her the guys who were coming to assist me phoned me and told me they will be there to assist me in the next 30 minutes. Seeing that it was getting late and I was getting nervous I phoned again and spoke to Thando who calmed me down and promised that the driver was on the way even offered to get someone to wait with me since I was getting worried. Within 15 minutes I got assistance and right then Thando phoned me to tell me that the driver should be there . I was impressed because it meant he didn't forget about me and kept tabs on where the driver was. This morning i got a call from Tryphina which was a pleasant surprise. I would like to thank them I'm pregnant and I wasn't comfortable being on the side of the road by myself at night. Thank you guys please stay amazing maybe this was just another day in the office for you but to me it meant the world. Thank you!
