Good, but could be better #ExcessVPremiums

Great insurance in my opinion. Only left due to lack of flexibility when it comes to Excess v/s Premiums allocations. I guess every insurance company has to come up with their own gimmick but i cannot be paying premiums that are R600 less than my excess. Why not allow a long-term client to decide on their excess amount? I just needed my premiums reduced and excess increased, was told that it was not possible. I guess ill have to move to Santam or PMD, i hope their service is a great as yours..
