I, William Henry Payne, wish to thank Mr. Walter Van Rensburg (Senior Claims Assessor) from Hollard Insurance for his extremely high level of dedication, support and his exceptional high level of knowledge regarding customer support and his investigative skills. I had an accident with my Fortuner whereby it was totally written off. Mr. Van Rensburg is a person who goes the extra mile and is even available after hours for any quiries.
