GLAD TO BE INSURED WITH HOLLARD INSURANCE

I am a very happy Hollard Insurance client. I was in an accident previously and had the most beautiful experience when Hollard referred me to Big Five Panel n Paint who repaired my car and restored it to it's original new look. As fate would have it, I was involved in another bad accident on the 28th of May 2020 in the N2 freeway. There were three females in my car. I was traumatized from the severity of the accident and could not function. As normal I was exposed to bad behavior by towing companies on the accident scene. I called Mano from Big Five for advice and assistance and he immediately sent out one of his cars to fetch me any my colleagues. Mano made sure that my vehicle was towed by the right towing company as well. Pooven the workshop manager drove us to Big Five where we were offered coffee and refreshments. I was treated with pride and dignity whilst Shirley assisted me to register my claim with Hollard Insurance. The empathy and love from their staff was overwhelming. I was constantly updated on progress of my repairs. The boss himself called me on a few occasions which made me feel very assured. My vehicle looks brand new once again and i cannot thank the Big Five Team enough. These guys are so professional. Their workshop and offices are really five star. I am glad to be associated with them. I hope not to see them in a long time but if anyone needs a good panel beater, look no further.
