Give me hope Hollard

I called Hollard emergency home assist to request a plumber to replace a leaking tap on my bathroom basin.Hollard use a third party called "FOGI" who in turn put me in contact with a plumbing company by the name of "plumbing by Bonaero".A gentleman by the name of Whitey quotes me r580 for a tap (first hour labour is free).when his guys arrive the tap they bring is too small.Whitey tells me over the phone i must go buy a suitable tap and then his guys will fit the tap,his guys then leave and go elsewhere.when I return from the shop I phone Whitey to come and fit the tap,he refuses and says the free labour has expired and that and if they come again they will charge me for labour, this after he sent the wrong size tap to begin with and his team were only at my house for 5 mins, and i had to take the time and petrol to go and buy the correct size tap.I then contact Hollard call centre to complain, the agent i speak to tells me ive used up my five free callouts within a 12 month period for emergency services and wont be able to send another plumber for free.when i said i didnt receive any service for the current request i was told they will send a complaint to the plumbers.useless

So in response to my initial complaint Hollard just closed the ticket with no resolution. All they did was quote the plumbers response to my complaint.no valid reason given.Hollard seems content to hand over money to people without them having to do any work.perhaps the government is running hollard now.
Goodbye Hollard,time to shop around..
