GAME STORES\HOLLARD CELL PHONE INSURANCE - PATHETIC SERVICE - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE!

<p>If anyone is planning to take cell phone insurance at Game Stores when buying a cellphone, PLEASE consider doing it with another service provider.</p> <p>I have been trying for 4 weeks, just to get an email responce. Email read reciepts come back as "your email has been deleted without been read".</p> <p>When you try calling the call centre to inquire, your AVERAGE WAIT TIME - BEFORE YOU DROP THE CALL WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ANYONE IS 25 TO 35MIN.</p> <p>So my premiums and acess fees are paid up to date but im going into week 5 and i still havnt had the privelage of speaking to anyone regarding my claim.</p> <p>GAME, HOLLARD and FINRITE CLAIM DEPARTMENT....your service is PATHETIC...to say the least</p>
