Game insurance for cellphones

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have a cellphone insurance from Game and I am paying R 60.00 a month for the last 4 years . I have upgrade twice already . I had phone them just after my first upgrade and they told me they are going to change it will i was on the phone . That is 24 month later and know i phone this morning just to discover that they never updated the information of the new device I was using . They did not send any documents .I feel cheated and I did my part as a customer to phone and to update it . Because i know every thing is possible in the land that is way i took out the insurance . </p>
