Game Hollard Gadget Insurance is a cheat

Since the loss of my tablet the Game Hollard gadget insurance has been giving me the run arounds, its like i am on a roller coaster. They will always make empty promises on the line and won't even deliver. On the packaging of the tablet there is no IMB number just a serial number and yet they keep asking me for the IMB number which i don't know they expect me to dig it. I ask them to check on the documents filled in on the day of purchase maybe it might be written somewhere, it's worse checking but no would they try that. The service provider explained that they cannot help in blacklisting the tablet as there is no IMB number. I've lost count on the number of times i have been contacting them, today was even worse as i went into the store and had to wait for more than 20 minutes standing at that moment i am expecting and almost due. No chair was offered, talk about service! So people out there be warned if you want to purchase a gadget and insure it Do not do it with Game Hollard gadget insurance, they are just a cheat. It is nice when they debit your account but they don't help you in times of need. All i see is darkness at the end of the tunnel #BS service
