Game Hollard Cellphone Insurance

<p>Greetings,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have purchased a phone from game in May 2014 I was encouraged to take a game hollard cellphone insurance in case of any mishaps, however I did not encounter any until October 2016 my phone was reported ****** and as per procedure I went into Game at Gateway theatre of shopping were my documents were faxed to hollard. It's not January 2017 and I have not been contacted nor has my phone been replaced till date Game hollard insurance has continued to debit me monthly for something that has not been replaced. </p>
