Game cellphone insurance / Hollard

My phone was lost got all my documents send it to game cell phone insurance on Friday , called Monday there was another problem sorted it out until today there is no feedback i called them my claim is still waiting for authorization, i had to buy a new phone even coz im waiting to long for feedback, service is very poor
