Game Cellphone insurance and Hollard

My phone was lost 22 July i submitted all required documents 3 days after no feedback, i called Finrite they told me i must write a letter. I wrote a letter and submitted it. A week later still no response i called again only to be told my claim has been declined with Vague reason. Very disappointed after 6 years non stop paying my debit order for this cell phone insurance. When it is time to claim i get this terrible service. Hollard YOU ARE A ****!!
