********** sale and unauthorized debit order

Good day

I took a funeral cover and I submitted all my details last year already. The debit order was scheduled to go off in December however it never went off. No one contacted me afterwards until two weeks back and I instructed the consultant to debit as of March however the debit order went off on the 25th for amount R499.89 and as far as I know my premium was supposed to be R350. After this unauthorized debit order go off it affected my bank account as other debit order returned unpaid therefore there’s unpaid debit order fees as well. Can someone please deal this matter reverse debit order and refund unpaid debit order fees. My contact details are ********** 950.
