I have car insurance with them. On the 7th of September a consultant phoned me offering a combined option for Car and Household. I ask the consultant to send me the quote so I can discuss it with my fiance and to phone me back the next day then I will say if we accept or not. He never called back the next day. To my surprise the debit order goes of today and they put through the amount for the quote I NEVER ACCEPTED.

I am contacting my legal team to take this further. I am sure this is *****. They dont have an email or a voice recording where I accepted this quotation.

I also already have household insurance with another company. I am sure its not even legal to have two, so they are making me look bad.
