FOUR MONTHS WITHOUT A PHONE THANKS TO C SURANCE ADMINISTRATED BY HOLLARD

<p>I handed my phone for repairs at Cell C Trade Route Mall on the 29 February 2016.. Ever since i havent been without a phone. I called c surance enquiring about the phone in March they said they do not have the phone with them, when I went to Cell C Trade Route mall they said it was handed in for repairs on the 1st week of Mrach. I have been calling C SURANCE ever since and no one has been willing to assist me or telling me where my phone is or when i will get it back. Being fed up with the services I called on the 6\06\16 to cancel the policy and request a refund for the I spoke with Simphiwe Mansibi who was very rude and he was so fast in cancelling the policy but did not send a request for the phone to be returned. I called in the following day requesting to speak to a supervisor but Katlego Dlamini refused and **** that there was no supervisor on floor and promised to get her sup to call me the following day. I called in moments later and requested to speak to a supervisor but Dineo Tiro put me on hold for 45 minutes until the end of their business day. I have been calling ever since requesting for my phone to be delivered back since I am no longer their policy holder. I eventually managed to speak to a supervisor on the 17\06\16, she too promised to log a refund request and for the phone tobe couriered back but I am still waiting... I AM FED UP WITH CELL C, HOLLARD AND C SURANCE . ALL I WANT FROM THEM IS MY PHONE</p>
