Forced insurance without consent no telephone communication
Why does Hollard insurance think it's ok to set up debit order for insurance through a email without any consent, without any telephonic communication.
You send out a email informing me that monies will be debited for mentioned insurance if proof of current insurance is not provided 14 days before the end of the month, you can't even cancel anything with a company less than 15 days prior to next debit.
What if I had not seen the mail? I will get debited for my current insurance and your from your ****my practice. Then when you phone to check if the you got any of my 3 emails proving I'm already insured the line simply tells you that you won't be taking calls during the pandemic?!
Honestly. The proper way of doing it is you contact me, then you send a email to confirm what had been discussed. This has all the characteristics of a ****. Get back to me on wether you received my current insurance proof and DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT!
