Finrite cons

I submitted my claim for the lost cellphone from the 25th of May till this day I haven't received anything concrete about my claim. And this is the 2nd time I'm having trouble claiming with this insurance. I tried calling them yesterday and some lady took my number because she said the person who was supposed to help me is still busy on the phone and that was it. It's really frustrating because they have no trouble debiting their premium but when they have to pay they are a no show.
