Fictitious loss adjustors reports and defamation on every level

I had a loss - my vehicle was ****** by the mechanic that was supposed to be fixing it. After logging a claim believing my insurance company sympathised with me. After a few months of following up they came back stating theft under false pretence is excluded. I looked at the exclusion and read it and re-reading it and it appeared to relate to credit arrangements and sale of goods. I queried this, needless to say they did not elaborate stating the exclusion is all encompassing. Then months later I accidently received the loss adjustors report which they explicitly stated "DO NOT SHARE WITH THE INSURED". In the loss adjustors report Hollard had mentioned that i am naive and basically that what happened appears to have happened. and then at the bottom of the report they stated however it is better for Hollard to assume that I had given my car away and the mechanic was supposed to pay a monthly premium for the car and ran away with the vehicle. Suddenly the exclusion made sense. Not only had Hollard insulted me they also created a story about the car and then repudiated my claim. I am disgusted at what they put in the report if this is how they treaty clients it say alot about their values and what they stand for. Everyone out there when you have a claim and it gets repudiated by Hollard ask for the loss adjustors report it may shock you to the core on what you actually find contained in there. Its disgusting and despicable to say the least.
