False adveri*****t and Bad customer service

For the past 6 months I have been a loyal customer of Hollard warranty extender. I have been paying my account up to date each month on time, but when I logged a claim one month later they rejected it, telling me of six month waiting period which I have already payed in full meaning they do not count the month you start with. Bad adverti*****t and customer service I will not recommend these warranty to any one.
