Failure To Disclose Specific Details In Policy
Today was the first time i have had an issue with Hollard. It goes as follows. We have comprehensive cover on the vehicles. Car breaks down, nearest reputable electrical repairer is 67km away, they turn around and say only 20km will be covered.
NOWHERE in the policy does it specify this, it only specifies the cover value.
I await your prompt response re this matter.
