Expectional Service

On Friday 30/08/2019 I got a breakdown on Gordon road just before N1 South. After sitting there waiting for my Boyfriend to assist me from the South I decided to call Hollard to find out if I had a Towing option / service on my cover and to my surprise I did have it and have never used one ever since I got my car in 2011.

I was helped by a Wonderful and Sincere lady kwena , wow I received the most exceptional service from her, she followed up and even called me on Sat to make sure that everything went well. The Tow truck was there within 15 minutes of speaking to Kwena / Kuena, Thomas from Westrand Towing was exceptional as well. These people made my weekend and I really don't regret joining Hollard at all. Kwena / Kuena and Thoma a BIG THANK YOU TO BOTH OF YOU FOR SUCH SERVICE RENDERED, I hope that the others will learn from you guys. Keep up the good work.
