Excess Money Over Due

Hollard - Choice of Insurance by of my Mom & Aunt.<br> <br> My Mom decided to get a vehicle and insure through Hollard. She had an accident last year which was caused by another driver. Even after the driver admits it was her fault, Hollard has yet to get the access money back from the insurance party and pay back my mom. No follow up, no phone call nothing at all.<br> <br> My Aunt had an accident years ago, driver hits her from the back (clearly its his fault) Hollard is yet to pay her back her money. Its just sad and disappointing that the service provider, which one pays for, does not give the service initially stated out to do.<br> <br> Hollard - I don't regret not going with you even after being advised to.<br>
