Earthquake damage

Who else is being declined earthquake fixing. We need to take this insurance legally, my rejection letter even state that they Geo science check says earthquake epicenter was in Alberton, when in fact it was confirmed it was in my area next to a mine in boksburg. My house is not even 2 years old, impossible those cracks could have taken place on their own, the pictures on the report , they did not take pictures of the earthquake damage but concentrated on minor plaster cracks which I never claimed for as they are common after building,,but omitted major structure damage, I have copied Ceo who has not responded to me , I have asked for a letter to confirm this house will not have cracked in an earthquake had it been build according to the assessor viewpoint, they are declining to give the letter cause they know they are messed up
