"DYING VOICES OF REPUDIATED CLAIMS IN THE HANDS OF HOLLARD INSURANCE"

Hello Peter, can you resolve my matter with Hollard Insurance. They repudiated my claim citing high speed? My claim is No.968117. In 2017 i had a car accident which it was a suspicious hijack and Hollard Insurance instead of honoring my claim they armed themselves with a team professionals and investigators to investigate me. My privacy was invaded and i don't if this is how we the poorest insured should be treated by Insurance Companies like Hollard. Eventually, my claim was repudiated and the reason being I was driving at over 120km/hr, which i think after finding nothing they resort to speeding. Was i supposed to drive slow while my life could have been in danger. I have been with this company for 13 good years believe me and never missed a single installment, and when i needed my Insurer the most, they investigate me, hire reconstruction specialist and base their argument on this professional opinions which are party to contractual agreements and their opinions not tested to repudiate my claim. What is the reason of Insuring cars? Insurances take over risks and compensate when the insured are involved in accidents. The same car would have not been released by the dealership if it was not insured, meaning the risks are covered and taken over by the insurer. Lastly, the matter is now between lawyers whom they play delay tactics as they make money in the process. I am not a super rich person and dont have more money to take on Hollard Insurance as they are a big company. But the question is whether they are running a **** and calling it insurance, or they are de*****ing the innocent people? Having been with this company for 13 full years its not a joke and a life betrayal which questions the Integrity, Transparency and Trust of this company (Hollard). I am calling on Individuals, Government institutions, NGOs and others entities to stand up against insurance ***** (so it be called) as this is spreading like cancer. Many more people are suffering the illtreatment and ill-decisions which affect their entire livelihood. They hide behind the underwriters decisions, and yet fail to comply with the Code of Conduct, Code of Motor Salvage and they even share information *******ly with Storage Companies to contact owners and make offers to purchase of the wracked cars.
