Duplicate Excess

<p>Good Day, I am aware of how the excess is app**** to my policy, however on the 29th of jan, I had a break in at home take was serveral items including item on my specified all risk , why am i being charged an excess for household and an excess for all risk, this was part and parcel of the same incident, i would totally understand if these were different occurences. this is not specified in my policy. what you are effectively telling me is that if 40 items from my all risk was taken i would then need to pay an excess on each of these 40 items even though they were part of the same claim. this amounts to ***** on your side, as this is a clear duplication of the excess. </p>
