Don't stick to promises or communicate

I have to resort to hellopeter and I won't get the R5000 prize. I was happy with Hollard until my car was written off and I was paid out, I was told any debit orders done after would be refunded. Not only was I debited another 4 months which ended only after numerous complaints with emails and numberous calls that went nowhere. I received a call saying my account would be credited. To date nothing has happened. The lack of communication with Hollard is riduculous and I would like my money back. Claim ***/ Policy ***
