Dont insure with Hollard

What is even the point of paying for insurance with this company when they just deny all the claims? Because of bad weather i had a wall of glass panes fall onto my car and we needed to remove the panes urgently but Hollard did not care to help and arrange someone to remove the panes. They took forever to send an assessor out and then a long time to deny the claim because of improper installation. When we first started insurance with them they sent someone to look at the house, the guy just pitched up on the day without any appointment...no call, no email nothing and once calling around we confirmed he was legit. Then when i brought up this guy to the insurance they flat out denied they ever sent anyone and once finding the proof they said oh he was an evaluator and not an assessor and he didnt look at the house for flaws...why send someone to not evaluate the flaws or integrity of the house? Before we bought the house we paid a renowned home inspector company to scrutinize the house in great detail and he did not mention anything about the panes being not installed properly. Dont waste your money with this company rather use someone else who will actually pay your claims when they came up, this is our first building insurance claim ever and we have been met with such disappointment.
