Dont buy hollard travel insurance

We bought travel insurance in December from Hollard, we couldnt use it as Ethiopian Airlines refused to allow any South Africans onto their flights, we only found this out at yhe checking counter on the day of departure! I try to put a claim through with hollard and to cancel the policy but just absolutely NOTHING has happened! Very quick go take your money!!
