Dont be fooled by nice advertising

When you follow insurance companies advertising there policy and what they offer on Tv it looks so customer friendly and promises so real but the day when you have a claim it is a different story.The experience we had with Hollard for a couple of months during a claim process was met by *********** staff making promises to follow-up and give feedback which never happened.They dont communication from Hollard during this period except the phone calls we made over a period of 4 months we received 1 sms from Hollard saying file closed.So if you have a short-term all risk policy with Hollard this is what you can expect and after a complaint to there head office we received a reply for 'rate our friendly service'.
