About six years ago I had a very minor accident where someone's tow hitch punctured my radiator on my Mitsubishi Lancer. The AA came & noted how there wasn't a scratch on my bumper, my lights etc. were all fine. The radiator had pushed my bonnet up slightly. I waited for 2 weeks with no update, Then i was told that my car was a right off as it was smashed all over. I tried to call the assessor & he refused to speak to . My car had very low mileage too & was basically \******"from me! We cancelled all insurance with Hollard at that time.! Why I mention this now is because I continue to receive sms' to my phone"
