Do not insure with PSG or Hollard :(

I am saddened by the terrible way we have been treated by PSG and Hollard Insurance.We've been with PSG for 13 years.we noticed our policy said we had no alarm.We contacted PSG to rectify it (worst mistake ever!)The policy got a clause added on that says they won't pay out if the alarm isn't activated(a signal sent),regardless of whether the alarm was armed(turned on)or not.We would never have agreed to this.Imagine you are at home and ********* break in and rob you,and you can't press the panic. Hollard won't pay.We never received this new policy.Also, the policy states that you have 14 days to send a certificate of installation.We did not do this.So surely the new policy is null and void as the terms were not met?Of course, Hollard wants to take your money for years but when they need to they don't pay!<br> We have tried endlessly to contact someone at Hollard directly, but no one has bothered to help.<br> I am devastated that PSG & Hollard think its okay to add stuff into policies and not inform the people. Surely this isn't legal and if it is, its highly immoral.<br> If you are looking for an insurer, DO NOT choose Hollard and do not use PSG as a broker!!
