Do not Insure anything With Hollard!!!!!!

I was approached by wesbank to take a top up policy with them (which is underwritten by Hollard), as I financed my vehicle through Wesbank. As a result, I cancelled my policy with BMW and took it with you, despite it being more expensive, because I was told that this policy is better and covers much more items. Now that my vehicle was written off, I'm informed that this policy is different from others as it only covers shortfall up to the outstanding capital balance, not the settlement letter. I was never made aware of this or I never would've taken out this policy with Hollard. Why would I pay a premium of 1/3 the value of my Comprehensive insurance premium, for policy that only covers a portion of my shortfall? Now I am left with a deficit of 30 000 that I cannot afford. where am I supposed to get the money for this when I was informed my shortfall would be covered in full. I cannot express my disappointment and frustration. I feel like I was deceived and ******.

please may I have the recording of the calls where someone called me to take up this policy with wesbank (underwritten with Hollard), as well as the calls where I called back to ask questions. I repeatedly asked the lady from wesbank whether it covers the entire shortfall and she said yes. I would like to re play this recording and confirm that I was never informed that this policy doesn't cover the entire shortfall.
