DO NOT GET HOLLARD CELLPHONE INSUARANCE, ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!

There is a reason why they have so many bad reviews. Hollard Insurance is a ****! I have been trying to make a cellphone insurance claim since November 2019. Bear in mind that I have been paying for my insurance religiously! After going into the branch numerous times from the day I lost my cellphone till August 2020, I've been getting the run around. They gave me email addresses which no one responds to. when you finally get through then they reject your claim for being delayed, when they are the ones playing delay tactics. I sent an email in August to *** to review the outcomes of the situation but no response. I honestly regret getting my cellphone insured with them to start with. Terrible service!!!! To add on the agents in the branches are ***********!!
