DO NOT DIE WITH HOLLARD INSURANCE

<p>This is the most pathetic Insurance ever to exist in history!! We contacted the call centre and spent hours with them on the phone and no one was able to assist with our insurance claim, the only thing we got was, "we will investigate, please contact us after 48 hours". THE FUNERAL IS IN 48 HOURS!!! We are told that when we took out the life insurance, the dependant was over age. How on earth, do you allow someone to take out insurance if they do not meet your own qualifying criteria, DEBIT THEM EVERY SINGLE MONTH and when they have to claim you tell them you are sorry???? Can someone fix this!!!!!</p>
