Do Not deal with Hollard

I have been trying to cancel my policy with this *********** company for a week now. They keep refering me back to a broker who I have never had any dealings with. The broker confirmed that they are not my broker and do not have me on the system. I have never signed a brokers note. The broker advised me that they are not supprised as Hollard have swithced to a new system and that it is not working. He says I am not the first client that Hollard have incorrectly sent his way.

Round and round and round we go. Numerous calls and STILL not a single person can assit to CANCEL this policy and get this ******* out of my life.
