Dissapointment
I have been insured with Hollard, I have never had a claim on my vehicle, I recently traded in my vehicle and bought a new one, I am now told it is compulsory to have two tracking devices installed on the vehicle, secondly I am told my access in the event I claim ( God forbid it doesn't happen )will be 10% of the claim value, If for example my claim could happen to be R**** WORSE CASE SCENARIO how on earth can Hollard expect me to have R90K lying around to be paid towards an excess fee. The fact that I have never had any claims on my previous vehicle for the past 6 years consecutively does it not count for something?, I would really appreciate it, that this **** 10% thing is removed on my policy schedule.
