Disrespectfully hollard validator

I have made a claim with hollard for the car accident I had, I did all necessary formalities and forwarded them all the required documents. On the 31/09/15 I received a call from someone who said she is the validator. I was asked few questions then she told me to send her a towing slip and go back to the police station and get her the AR report and forward to her. I explained to her that I was told that I must provide AR number they will deal with the police on their side and I also told her that all towing slip was forwarded to hollard claims as I was told earlier. while having conversation she start calling me Joseph which is not my name. I told her that my name is not Joseph I'm Thokozani her response was \Whatever your name is you must go and get the 4 page report and forward to me". I asked what she means by that. Then I was told that I'm rude"
