Disgusting service or *****!!!!

I lodged a claim with Hollard motor xtender 3 months ago. I NEVER hear from Hollard. I always have to check up with them and they never know what’s going on. I had to pay for a rental car for 2 months before eventually having to pay for my own cars damage in order to get it back. I’m still waiting for Hollard to pay me, even though the claim was approved a month ago. No one responds to my emails and calls get out through and cut off. I have done everything that Hollard has asked of me. This is ***** !!!!
