Disgusting service on business insurance

Absolute terrible service we are currently working through brokers that is called Dearham management services that does not seem to get anywhere. Our truck overturned 07/02/2020, docs submitted 10/02/2020, met with brokers 28/02/2020 the very same day received confirmation of write off. Document required for the pay out was collected 06/03/2020 . We MJV Logistics has submitted a complaint directly to OSTI offices and still no feedback on when we will receive payment. Disgusting....!!!!
