Disgusting service

I was offered a vehicle insurance at the standard bank branch(POLICY NUMBER HOP ***. On the 28 November 2022 I needed towing and hollard was able to help me but today it was a different story. I needed towing Hollard was unable to help me on the same policy they kept telling me to contact Standard Bank and standard bank kept telling me to contact different companies, bronklyn, liberty and hollard. I was on the phone from 8 Am to 4 pm with no assistance. Hollard kept providing me with different numbers for standard Bank but on all those numbers I did not get help. My car has been towed but I'm unable to put a claim.
