Disappointing Treatment

I called Hollard a million times today and I spoke to Busisiwe Khumalo who didn't even appear to be bothered about assisting me, she hung up on me and I called back a number of times but she did not answer.... if this is the treatment we get from the company when we need clarity on our products, how are we going to be treated when we claim?
