Disappointing and cheated Claim No. COM174693JB/4 // LKO Holdings

My car was smashed in December . When I bought the car I was told that the insurance is with Hollard , only to find it is with LKO holdings .This was a third party claim because a drunk driver smashed into me. Needless to say this has been one uphill battle with very little communication and alot of surprises. My car was smashed in the back . I was then offered a rental car almost a month later which i had to pay for , which i was not aware of . It took quite some time for the claim to be approved , Marietjie was so confused as to this claim .After a lot of pressure from, me the claim was approved . When it had to go to the dealership for repairs they had not received the claim.This delayed by another 3 days . Eventually in January the car had gone to the dealership. After and and a half months of waiting i was told that the car is fixed and i need to pay R3000.

In all my communication with Marietjie, Marc Malinsky and the dealership there was no single mention made of this . I spoke to Marc and he told me that I *****ed myself over because i could have driven my smashed car in December instead of paying for a rental . I was so angry and called the insurer. They could not pick up my details because the insurance was under a company LKO holdings. Eventually it was found and I was told that Sipho was on lunch , he was the person who had to help me. Well Sipho did not return from lunch .I then called again and was assisted by a lady who said that once I pay the R3000 they will claim it from the third party and then pay it back to me. Marc somehow did not mention this to me .I wonder why? My car was smashed 28Novemeber and a 10day job became a 3 month headache. I asked if this fee could be waived considering the ill way of how this claim was handled and I was denied that option What i want to know is why the rental was not extended for me and why i was not told about this excess fee . I don't know who LKO holdings is but i pray that I do not have another accident . this experience was not good and lacked client service and customer centeredness. When i bought this car it was also a problem , as my new car was somehow scratched in the dealership . they bought this car from another dealer. I saw on the pictures that there were old dents on the car . How do i even know if this car was not in an accident before. I am extremely disappointed in the manner this was handled.

I do believe that considering 3 months wait , this fee should be waived I should be sorted out and given my car and then they sort out the claim from the third party. There is absolutely no client service here , and this has left a bad taste in my mouth LKO holding , if this is how you deal with clients then I am sorry to say your business is not going to be a success because the differentiating factor in the consumer space is SERVICE and you lack it .

I am so sure that you will not even respond to this complaint.
