Disappointed client
I'm so disappointed I sent through a claim in May and till date it has not been sorted out. I have sent it about 20 times and nobody called me, this is a on going story nothing ever gets sorted you have to call and each time you are transferred to a million different people.

I spoke to a very helpful person yesterday who said I would get assistance the same day. Nobody has called me. And this is a claim from May it's almost 2 months and still not sorted out. I am extremely dissappointed at the service that has been provided to me
