digistics company / Hollard Insurance / Libra broker

In August Digistics truck bumped me while they were changing lanes, I logged a 3rd party claim with their insurance Hollard, after weekes and months of waiting following up today they are telling me they will give me 10k to fix my car life the hell, both quotes were over 40k, how the hell am i supposed to fix a car for 10K ?? they claim that the driver said were both changing lanes for we are both responsible???? how when he was the one changing lanes even the traffic cops by R24 know this and the statement he wrote at the police station stated he was in the wrong. The witness who was in the truck with the driver also confirmed that they were in the wrong. Hollard and Digistics i need my car fixed asap.
