Device insurance after four years of not claim and first claim denied

I would never advice anyone to insure with this company, we had contract phone with Cell C and they offer Holland insurance, four years later no claim either on repair or ****** of a device and unfortunately the device got ****** and when we claimed a ****** phone after weeks of them busy saying it's under review then the claim was denied. You guys are a ****!
