Delightful experience :-)

On the 20/06/2018 just after 1pm, I called and requested some roadside assistance. My call was redirected to Tumi [PAYD Direct consultant] who had so much compassion - she first asked if I was at a safe place [for me that was a Wow], displayed professionalism and politeness - she kept her promise and called me back to see if I was indeed sorted and issue resolved. I must say this was the most delightful experience received and I applaud her for that - this is the type of service expected. Thank you very much Tumi, you are not only doing your job but you're doing it with passion and enthusiasm, I am certain that you attend to everything else that comes your way with diligence - you are truly and asset to the business.
